to confirmation.
A clear first-stage process allows us to understand the project properly before preparing its design and quotation.我們會先了解項目及現場實際情況，再按資料準備設計與詳細報價。
Project Review了解項目需要
We review the property type, approximate area, intended scope and preferred project timing.我們會先了解單位類型、面積、工程範圍及預計施工時間。
Site Survey Booking預約現場勘察及度尺
The site survey and measurement are paid services. Arrangements and fees are confirmed individually according to the project.現場勘察及度尺屬收費服務，實際安排及費用會按項目情況個別確認。
On-site Assessment現場評估
Our designer reviews the space, dimensions, site conditions and practical construction requirements in person.設計師到場了解空間狀況、實際尺寸、施工條件及客戶需要。
Design & Quotation設計及報價
Following the assessment, we prepare a detailed works quotation together with a basic layout plan.完成現場評估後，我們會提供詳細工程報價及基本設計平面圖。
Project Confirmation確認方案及安排工程
Once the design, scope and terms are agreed, we arrange the next design and construction stages.雙方確認設計、工程內容及條款後，再安排後續設計及施工工作。

Clear before
construction.
A useful quotation is not only a total price. Scope, materials, specifications, exclusions and responsibilities should be understood together.一份有用的報價唔只係總價；工程範圍、物料、規格、不包括項目與雙方責任都應該一併理解。
01Does the first quotation include everything?第一份報價是否已包括所有工程？+
The quotation is prepared based on the information available and the conditions visible during the site inspection. The final scope and specifications are subject to the confirmed quotation and drawings. If any site condition can only be confirmed after dismantling or work begins, or if additional work is requested later, we will explain the situation and provide a separate quotation for approval before proceeding.
報價會按當時已知資料及現場可見情況編製，最終工程範圍與規格以已確認的報價及圖紙為準。如有部分現場狀況須待拆卸或施工後才能確認，或客戶其後提出新增要求，我們會先作說明及提供追加報價，經確認後才安排施工。02How are additional or changed works handled?工程中途新增或改動點處理？+
Where a request changes the agreed scope, price or programme, we will clarify the effect and seek confirmation before arranging the related work whenever practicable.
如客人要求改動已確認範圍、價錢或工期，我們會先交代影響，並在可行情況下取得確認後才安排相關工程。03When can the completion date be confirmed?幾時可以確認完工日期？+
A programme can be estimated after the scope and site conditions are understood. Actual progress may be affected by approvals, material lead times, building rules, variations and unforeseen site conditions.
了解工程範圍及現場情況後可提供預計工期；實際進度亦可能受確認時間、物料貨期、大廈規則、工程改動及不可預見現況影響。04Which materials or appliances can I purchase myself?哪些裝修物料或電器可以自行選購？+
We encourage clients to select and purchase their preferred tiles, such as bathroom wall and floor tiles or wood-look floor tiles, as the market offers a very wide range of styles. Electrical appliances may also be purchased directly by the client; installation by our team will be quoted separately. Veneers, decorative finishes and materials related to custom furniture or installation are generally not recommended for self-purchase. If you have a particular product in mind, please discuss it with us before purchasing so that we can confirm its specifications, compatibility, quantity, delivery arrangements and installation feasibility.
我們提倡客戶自行選購合適的瓷磚，例如浴室牆磚、地磚或木紋地磚，因為市面款式眾多，客戶可按個人喜好作更合適的選擇。電器亦可由客戶自行購買；如需由我們負責安裝，安裝費用會另行報價。木皮、飾面及涉及訂造傢俬或安裝配套的物料，一般不建議自行購買；如客戶有指定產品，請先與我們商討，待確認規格、配合性、數量、送貨安排及施工可行性後再購買。05How are custom furniture dimensions confirmed?訂造傢俬尺寸點樣確認？+
Custom furniture is based on the approved drawings and final on-site measurements taken before production. We will verify the final production dimensions and details, and explain any necessary adjustments caused by walls, electrical or plumbing locations, access routes or installation conditions. Production will begin only after the final details have been confirmed.
訂造傢俬會以已確認圖紙為基礎，並在生產前到現場覆尺，核實最終生產尺寸及細節。如牆身、水電位置、搬運通道或安裝條件需要作出調整，我們會先向客戶說明，待最終細節確認後才安排生產。06Can we remain in the flat during renovation?裝修期間可唔可以繼續住喺單位？+
It depends on the extent and sequence of work, dust, noise, water and power interruptions, and safe access. Full renovation will usually be more practical with the unit vacated.
要視乎工程範圍與次序、塵埃噪音、停水停電及安全通道而定；全屋裝修一般在單位騰空後進行會較實際。Final price, scope, payment arrangement, programme and warranty are governed by the quotation, drawings, contract and written confirmations agreed for the individual project.最終價錢、工程範圍、付款安排、工期及保養，均以個別項目雙方確認的報價、圖紙、合約及書面紀錄為準。

Good after-sales service begins with a careful handover, clear records and a practical way to report and assess an issue.良好售後由仔細驗收、清晰紀錄，以及一套實際的問題回報與判斷方式開始。
Confirmed Scope清晰確認工程範圍
Quotations, approved drawings and written confirmations provide the reference for scope, specifications and agreed changes.以報價、確認圖紙及書面紀錄作為工程範圍、規格與已同意改動的依據。
Handover Inspection交樓共同驗收
The completed works are reviewed with the client and items requiring attention are recorded for orderly follow-up.完工後與客人共同檢查，將需要處理的項目記錄，方便有次序地跟進。
Defect Reporting執修問題回報
For efficient assessment, clients can provide the location, description, photo or video and the date the issue was first noticed.客人可提供問題位置、情況說明、相片或影片，以及首次發現日期，方便我們判斷及安排。
Responsible Follow-up負責任售後跟進
Eligible workmanship matters are reviewed and arranged according to the agreed quotation, contract, cause of the issue and applicable terms.合資格的施工問題會按確認報價、合約、問題成因及適用條款作判斷與安排。
Care & Maintenance使用及保養提示
Correct daily use, ventilation, cleaning and routine maintenance help protect finishes, hardware, sanitary fittings and appliances.正確使用、保持通風、合適清潔及定期保養，有助延長飾面、五金、潔具及電器壽命。
WHAT IS ASSESSED?我們會如何判斷？
Follow-up arrangements depend on the agreed scope, the cause and timing of the issue, normal wear and tear, product or supplier warranty, user operation and whether later third-party works are involved.
