Board construction is considered together with design, structure, moisture conditions, finishing detail, budget and product availability.

Multilayer plywood and other suitable core boards may be selected according to the furniture structure and project requirements.訂造傢俬一般可按櫃體結構、使用位置及項目需要，選用多層夾板或其他合適實芯板材。

E0 ReferenceE0環保等級參考

For custom furniture, preference is generally given to boards stated as meeting the E0 formaldehyde-emission grade, subject to design, structural and actual supply requirements. The stated grade is checked against available product labels, supplier declarations or test information.訂造傢俬一般會優先選用標示達E0甲醛釋放等級的板材，並按設計、結構及實際供應情況作出配合；相關等級會以可提供的產品標示、供應商聲明或檢測資料作核對。

Project Confirmation按項目確認

The final board type, environmental grade, finish and availability are confirmed during material selection and quotation.最終板材種類、環保等級、飾面及供應情況，會於選材及報價階段按實際項目確認。

E0 is a product-grade reference rather than a blanket claim for every board or completed item. Supporting information remains subject to the selected supplier and batch.E0屬個別板材的產品等級參考，並不代表網站內所有板材或完成傢俬均作同一聲稱；相關資料仍須以實際供應商、產品及批次文件為準。

Quality is considered throughout every stage of construction. These three selected examples offer a closer look at how we approach materials, methods and detailing. Final methods and specifications are adjusted to suit site conditions, design requirements and the agreed quotation.

Tile Base & Substrate泥水鋪磚及地台基層

We generally assess the existing substrate, finished levels, tile format and site constraints before selecting a suitable base and fixing method. Where conditions allow, a stable hard-base or cementitious screed approach may be adopted to support flatness and long-term use.泥水及鋪磚工程一般會先評估原有基層、完成高度、磚材尺寸及現場限制，再選擇合適的基層與鋪貼方式；在條件合適時，可採用較穩固的硬底或水泥砂漿基層做法，重視平整度及長期使用表現。

Water Supply Pipework供水銅喉及喉管規格

Imperial-size copper pipework is generally used for water-supply works. Pipe sizes and installation methods are selected to suit routing, water pressure, site conditions and project requirements. Where another suitable pipe system is needed for a particular location or technical condition, it is confirmed according to the project details before installation.供水系統一般採用英制規格銅喉，並會按走喉方式、水壓、現場環境及工程需要，選擇合適的喉管尺寸與施工方式。個別位置如因設計、技術條件或實際用途需要採用其他合適喉管，會於施工前按項目內容作出確認。

Boards & Edge Detailing傢俬板材與封邊處理

Board type, thickness, grain direction, edge treatment and joint details are considered together. The final construction is coordinated with furniture dimensions, use, finish and available material specifications.我們會一併考慮板材種類、厚度、木紋方向、封邊及接駁收口；最終做法會配合傢俬尺寸、用途、飾面效果及實際可供應規格。
